Two major categories are considered in the cost of a Web site. If your Web site is static, meaning that once designed the information does not change, you will pay an initial setup and Web site design fee, and then an annual service fee for maintaining your Web site on the Web server. If your Web site is dynamic, meaning that occasional (or frequent) changes are required, you will pay the fees listed above, plus a charge per hour for making updates to your Web site as necessary.

Setup Fees

Initial setup fees include procuring the domain name (www.[Your Requested Name].com, example:www.webdesignbydonna.net) for one year*, and setting up your account and email addresses on the Web server.

*NOTE: Annual fees are required for renewing your domain name, plus an annual service fee for Web server space for your Web site.

Monthly Fees

Monthly fees apply only to sites that require monthly maintenance and will vary according to the complexity of the task.

Advanced Functionality

The following lists advanced functions that can be included on your Web site. The cost of inclusion will depend on their complexity.

Basic Web Site Pricing

The tables below show basic Web Site pricing. Prices may vary depending on the simplicity/complexity of the design of your Web site, and where your requirements fit within the levels. For example, if your Web site requires five pages, but you would like to include four graphics and/or photos per page, or a form for feedback, you would fall in between levels 2 and 3, and costs would be adjusted accordingly.
